Almost two years have passed since my original post and the official distribution of Mantis BT continues to include a very bad Spanish translation.
Please include the translation available at TranslateWiki as soon as possible (before the release of version 2.6, which seems to be delayed).
Thank you

AI collation, different search results
Hello. I have a 2.25.2 Mantis installation in Spanish. The tables are in UTF8 (General_CI). I understand that this charset (and its associated collation) is accent insensitive. But looking for the same word with accent or without accent (for example, "emisión" and "emision") I ge...

Re: Spanish translation not updated from translatewiki
Do you see the changes in https://github.com/mantisbt/mantisbt/blob/master/lang/strings_spanish.txt ? Atrol: Yes, I see the changes. But in the meantime, I think this particular file should be updated, even in a minor version (unless 2.26 is scheduled to be released soon). As I said before, the aut...

Spanish translation not updated from translatewiki
Hello. A Translatewiki user made changes to the Spanish translation of Mantis some time ago to adapt it to his work scenario. I corrected those errors to have a generic translation again and that is as close as possible to its meaning in English, also taking as a reference the translations of the so...

Private project, global admin, version fields not shown
Hello. We had all the projects configured as public, and the global admin user could see, in the single issue view page, the fields "fixed in version", "target version", etc. Now we change those projects to "private", and those fields are no longer visible in the issue ...

Re: No "assign to" after upgrading to 1.1.0 final
Solved. It has to do with workflow inconsistence
(even when 1.0.x worked fine that way)

No "assign to" after upgrading to 1.1.0 final

As admin, I dont see the "Assign to" button for issues (it only becomes available when issue status is "assigned").
What can be happening?

Spanish: 1.0.5 better than 1.0.6
Spanish strings for version 1.0.5 are better than 1.0.6 new strings, even when 1.0.5 are not perfect. At 1.0.6 there are bad-context-use words, "new" words (not really existing in Spanish), and a few more errors. Please, go back to 1.0.5, or allow 1.0.5 translators to review 1.0.6/1.1 stri...
