Reporter was unable to close the issue

Hi all.
Reporter failed to close the issue, because there is no close button.
PS: Configure "Allow Reporter to close Issue" to allow.

Maybe you are using a version >= 2.23.0 and < 2.25.0 and are encountering this bug https://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=26920

According to information from dregad, the problem here is because it is not in the resolved state.
