Keeps inserting unassigned tickets upon server command.

Hi,

I have succesfully setup the emailreporting plugin, to recieve tickets from a emailbox. There however is a [hopefully ] minor issue i can not figure out.

let me try to explain:

User sends email = ok
Webserver runs script to import mails into Mantis BT = ok
Tickets & accounts are created and end up under unassigned = ok.
I manually assign tickets to employees, unassigned box is now empty = ok
Webserver runs the script again after a period of time = ok
All emails that i assigned before are imported again and fill up the unassigned box again. = Not OK

So the import and creation of the tickets work, but how do i stop importing duplicates ?

Do you let email delete the emails after processing?
Are you using IMAP or POP3?
